We will have the same space as two years ago, with 52 clinic slots. If you count the presentations above, you will see that there are a couple of openings, So, anyone interested in doing a presentation, get in touch with me.
There will be an hour and a half between clinic start times, this will allow speakers an hour +/- for their presentations, and a half hour for the changeover, set up, questions, visit the vendors (and buy stuff), etc.
We will have slide projectors, power point projectors and computers available; however I'd recommend bringing your own laptop, if possible. We’ll have some competent folks there to help with any technical problems with the equipment.
