  1. To whom it may concern,

I’m getting back into O gauge model railroading since childhood and with kids of my own (2 less than 8 YO) I thought it’d be something we can do together and learn some things about mechanics, wiring, computer control, art, etc.

I bought some engines/cars recently at auction but don’t have track/transformer or even a table yet considered. I have HUGE ideas for a shelf layout in my basement and may want to focus on PRR and other adjoining roads.

Other than finding a reputable train shop close by (I’m near Exton, PA) I’m wondering how best to learn about the hobby from someone who knows. Should I join a club?

Just thought I’d ask. Your pictures look great by the way!
